Photography shouldn’t be about the perfect image, and even then, the definition of the ‘perfect image’ can never be perfect in itself. There is no right or wrong in art, so what if the image is blurred? And even if it is overexposed, the most important thing is that the photographer can rationalise his intention, and that the image itself is able to connect to its viewer, even if only one viewer ‘connects’ – that is the real objective of photography.”

摄影本来就不止于完美的照片,而完美照片的定义也并非是十全十美的画面。其实艺术没对错,画面模糊又如何?过度暴光也可以,最重要的是拍摄的人能解释为什么会这样呈现,而且照片本身又能与观众沟通,哪怕只有一个人能明白,这才真正达到摄影的目的。
