A new VSS mentoring program coming in 2018.
It is coming to four years now since we have been offering our Visualising Social Stories (VSS) Workshops and Programs in Asia with Rights Exposure.
Facilitated by Robert Godden and Kevin WY Lee, our VSS workshops have worked with and trained photographers, image-makers, NGO/civil society professionals across Asian cities like Hong Kong, Yangon, Kathmandu, Manila, Singapore, and Bangkok. NGOs who have participated in our programs include Civil Rights Defenders, Burma Partnership, Phandeeyar, Singapore Heritage Society, Home (The Humanitarian Organization for Migration Economics), Aware (Association of Women for Action & Research), OXFAM and National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre, Singapore.
2018, the new year ahead, will see us realise a new milestone as we introduce the Visualising Social Stories (VSS) Masterclass, a new online mentoring program for those who wish to enhance the strategic use of visual media in their work and want one-on-one advice in the development of specific visual media projects/outputs. The mentorship will be accessible to individuals or organisations.
Stay tuned, more details will be furnished soon.
