Photobook: The Flock Project, Indonesia
We recently received a copy of The Flock Project Volume 01 and it is an encouraging start to the publication from Indonesia. Wonderfully presented and packaged. Zines and collaborative projects are popular in Southeast Asia, led in part by efforts in Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines.
More about the publication:
Flock Project is a collaborative project with a focus on exploring and experimenting with the various creation, presentation, and publication possibilities of photographic works through the medium of printed matters. The project is initiated and independently managed by Aji Susanto Anom, Arif Furqan, and Kurniadi Widodo.
The initial publication of this project, Flock Volume 01, contains 3 works from Flock collaborators in photozine format and a booklet with an essay by Lucia Dianawuri and other accompanying texts.
