2018 Young Portfolio Award Finalist
Template of Ideal Homes, by Liu Liu
My grandfather died when my mother was a child, a year later my grandmother remarried, and my mother was adopted by her uncle.
My mother always wants all family members live together. A few years ago, my mother’s dream came true. A development area was built in our city, my family bought an apartment there. Then the most of our relatives moved there, too. My mother designed and decorated their homes, although she had no experience in interior design. Last summer, my mother asked me to document these homes that she decorated.
